The ReHome Returns & Exchanges Policy
RETURNS WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Unused, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refund will be in the original form of payment for price paid, or you may apply price paid toward a merchandise exchange. Returns or exchanges on furniture, rugs and final sale items are not currently allowed. It can take 4-5 business days for refunds to issue and return to your card.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
ReHome does not accecpt return requests without an original receipt.
RETURNS WITH A GIFT RECEIPT:
Customers will receive a merchandise exchange or a gift card for the price paid. A gift receipt serves only as documentation that assists us in processing your return and is not considered an original receipt.
ReHome does not offer price adjustments at this time.
Items marked Final Sale, Sale Price, Last Chance, etc. are not eligible for return or price adjustments.
The ticket price represents a price at which we previously offered the product, or a comparable product, in our stores or online, recently or in a past season or year, or the value of a similar item in the market. It may not represent the prices in effect in our stores or online or elsewhere in the market on any particular day or in every location.

If you are charged a price that is higher than the advertised or displayed price you are entitled to the lower price.
